Which level is right for me?
If you like a clear plan and can follow it on your own with a weekly check-in, Next Phase is a great fit. If you want to talk things through every week, get detailed feedback on your food, or you’re new to lifting and want more form help, choose Peak Phase. Jill will help you decide on your consult call.
Is the workout plan different at Peak Phase?
No. Both levels get a program Jill builds for your body, equipment and schedule. Peak Phase gets more of Jill’s time: weekly calls, closer food review, more form checks, and changes mid-block when you need them.
Why is there a minimum of three months?
Strength and energy improve within weeks, but visible change in your body takes months of steady training and protein. Three months is the minimum to see real progress. Six months or a year gives you the time to change your body and keep the results.
What if I need to stop early?
Give 30 days’ notice. On a 6 or 12-month plan, your final bill covers the difference between your discounted rate and the 3-month rate for the months you used. For example, if you leave an annual Next Phase plan after 5 months, that’s 5 × $30 = $150. If it’s a health issue or hardship, talk to Jill first: she can pause your plan or let you out of it with no catch-up charge.
What do I need to track my food?
You log your food in MyFitnessPal, and Jill reviews it there. Your meal plan and swaps live in your Next Phase app.
Do I need a gym?
No. Your program is written around what you have, whether that’s a gym, a home setup, or both.
